Somewhere guests could savor healthy dishes, exquisite desserts and specialty coffee in an atmosphere that blends elegance with comfort. Originally conceived as part of a luxury hotel, the project soon found its true identity as an independent concept, rooted in passion, integrity, and the joy of bringing people together.
In 2025, Ana expanded Rosas Café to Sotogrande,introducing thoughtful new touches such as a nursing room, while staying true to her core values of warmth, artistry, and community.
Today, Rosas Café reflects how a clear vision, nurtured with integrity and perseverance, can evolve into an enduring brand.
